General conditions
of transport for hauliers
- payment due 60 days after obtaining original CMR verified by the customer and an invoice
- tax requirement to deliver these documents within 15 days after transport
- price for standing time during transport between EU states within 24 hours for loading or unloading is included
- vehicle and cargo insurance as an agreement with CMR is a requirement to accept your order
- in case of licence plate change, change of vehicle, missing deadline etc. Contact us immediately
- direct contact with the customer is not allowed
- unless other agreement is made, highway fees, customs clearence, ferries etc. are covered by the haulier
